    Begin creating more and more jobs by having construction crews build factories and have workers work in the factories. Don't overproduce the factories, but make it slightly more than needed in case of any emergency. Start building mines and other farming operations like the factories, make slightly more of them. Update all of our mine air filters and update all of our current old infastructure.

    Use the newly built superships into our propaganda saying things like, "Our enemy may have destroyed the first one but we always have one more." Start training our troops to be self-sufficient so they can survive no supplies for a while. Start building armoured transport trucks specifically built for trasporting supplies. Also, start developing Humvees and other fast vehicles for infantry.

    Start implementing a system of publically funded police, firefighters, and ambulance and hospitals. These should rush to any scene to help defuse the situation. Meanwhile, start security agencies such as the KGB and FCS to defend against terrorist and foreign intelligence threats, and also to collect, evaluate and disseminate foreign intelligence for our government. These agencies should also look for spy activities within the government.

    Begin updating our old artilery and have new range systems and targeting lasers that can accuratly shell the enemy. Still have some of the old artilery for the normal armies since they are used to using them. If developed, implement the newly designed ultimate piercing shell into a new weapon, the Piercer, that can pierce almost all armor. Have at least 3 of these per 500 armoured calvary.

    Start building more and more food farms in order to feed our large population and make sure that our homeless population is reduced by making good job opportunities and other homeless shelters. Start developing smaller and smaller computers. Speaking of computers, develop more computer games and also have the first model of the Internet developed.

    Build a large wall completely around our country and start training our troops. Prepare them for warfare and start producing artillery. Expand into the mountain areas and use the mountains for forts and bunkers that can defend against any army.
