    Continue the mass expansion North, and build infrastrucutre as we expand. Establish as many cities as possible, and have all cities in my nation equipped with a fort. Invite all nearby nations once again to join my nation peacefully, and begin establishing trade with them. Hve my ships patrol the coasts, and have stop and investigate any suspicious vessels.

    Start increasing our economy with larger and more assesible stock markets with computers tracking the stock prices. Start implementing tax cuts and rebates, and incourage business investment in our empire to increase our economy. Start trying a new unique kind of military investment, if you invest in a ship, everytime it destroys an enemy ship, you will gain the money back but also 1% more.
