    Start preparing to set up a system for our economy in case we ever go into war, with wartime buissnesses still open so that our economy doesn't ever drain too much. Start encouraging buisness investment and start using the internet to set up new buisnesses, with the people responding in real time to the customers so that they do not have to go face to face to invest or buy something.
