the UFR troops can enter my territory but not do anything stupid.

-

Start having defensive fortifications and naval seawalls being built, and have 300 ships produced and 50 more battleships constucted for a total of 100 battleships. Have them have extreme naval simulations and battle training to break through any fleet formation, and any blockade. Reinforce our current supply line and have the naval connection between our southern ports and our main ones strengthened.
-
Start having general rocket technology improved and have satlelite tech improved so that each satlelite can support more people. Have a manned mission researched, I want a three man crew to go into space with a small comfortable space vessel that can land back on earth with all the nessary parachutes and stuff. Have a lot of safety equipment so if anything fails they can get back on EDIR.

Set up a colonial city at X:454 Y:220 and supply it via an accompanying port and via planes.

Begin selling internet access to the general population. Expand further south and east.

and by current communications system I mean our current MILITARY communications system.

Start having GPS implemented, have special encoded military satlelites orbiting to provide our troops GPS info in unknown places. Still have them practice using traditional maps so they can navigate without GPS, like using GPS as a side tool. Have the new super encryption method that I talked to you about implemented into our current communications system.
