    Deploy the first telescope ever in space: Call it the "Viewing Glass" and use it to look past the atmosphere of the earth and be equipped to see all the spectrums of light and to also send the data back to our control centers. Have a central database of all astronomy related info in one computer server for more easy access but leave the designs of anything away from those databases.

    Start to develop better fuel sources for our rockets and vehicles. Start to prepare for the hurricane in all coastal areas. Set up goverment funded emergency responders.

    Start to examine the war hulk more, and if you can please find the people you spoke of a while back. Start to develop radio telescopes and regular telescopes capable of seeing further into space. Continue developing carries, destroyers, subs and battleships. Start to work on getting more satelites into orbit and build a new test facility in the middle of the desert.

    Expand east, and conquer the rest of the snowlands. Spread south, and set up more cities in the eastern mountains.

    Start upgrading our decades old naval ships and planes and armoured tanks and vehicles with new kinds of armour, new kinds of computer technology, new kinds of weapons, new kinds of everything. Launch more satlelites for a total of 100 satelites in the atmosphere, and have 30 of them reserved for military means with attachments for anything that we might need later.
