    Have all military based rocket technology and all chemically propelled tech not shared with anyone, even our allies. Start developing satelite trackers that can track our satelites and possibly other satelites. Begin launching even more and more satellites. Start developing a new anti-tank gun that uses both technology from the Piercer and also the existing rifles and anti-tank guns to create a fast firing, high damage gun.
