    Allow private companies to compete to launch rockets into space, this way competition allows for more progress. Also have a blanket upgrade of all of our guns, so if our previous guns were a 6 on a scale of 1-10, upgrade them to 7. Have more weather predicting systems set up and for the first time, set up a satelite system for TVs and research colored TVs for our citizens to watch.

    Have steel and iron production be increased through more factories and more mines. Start incorporating our 'Piercer' artilery gun into handheld guns, using the design of those artilery guns to put into an automatic rifle or to increase our anti-tank gun's firepower. Have a general blanket upgrade of our current infastructure, like having them built to withstand a small explosion, and having safety foundations built.

    After all the training and construction is finished, send everything to every coast of the continent that is not controlled. And have some of the ships defend my waters.

    Start prepping for defensive actions in our army and offensive actions if needed. Have military factories built specifically to produce shells, bullets, guns, and armoured tanks and vehicles. Build another 20 battleships in our western port, and send 20 of them to blockade the Undead's empire and shell them from the beach.

    (order 1) Train 450k troops, build 500k ships and start developing laser guided ICBM rockets (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile). When they're finished, mass produce them (of course I research nuclear fission) and launch them all at the EOM capital.
