    Start stockpiling food in our bunkers and have at least 30 years of food for 5 million people be stockpiled. Have dry food and canned goods be mass produced and start building more food factories. Prepare our empire for a mass nuclear winter if everything comes to worse.

    Declare marshal law to enforce this. Have my elite soldiers go into the bunkers aswell. Oh, and, Nutty, I ain't attacking unless Umm attacks. If he enters this continent, Edir gets its own WWI.

    Start preparing nuclear bunkers. Have my entire population evaced into the bunkers. Only military units may remain above ground.

    Well, they don't know what I can do, now do they? I can most likely not their nukes with magic. Or artillery strikes aimed at the nukes. High velocity artillery rounds, too.

    Have mobile phones be developed, and the internet developed. Have browsing systems set up, have an early version of the Windows Operating System set up, and start building underground military bases that could still continue to work and command from the ground even if we are being bombed from above. Have the boeing command plane set up, so that the plane can stay skybrone for a week without refueling, and our military commanders can stay on it even if we got nuked.

    Alien just shot himself and everyone else in this wide. Btw Alien, all UWA members have nukes and they will all be aimed at you if you don't call off that attack
