  Head for the undead capitol. Reduce it to rubble (besides a few places to preserve for historical reasons)

  I build more bunkers in the mountains and stockpile food. I also halt expansion northwards and focus on expansion eastwards. I also send robotic probes to explore nearby planets.

  Use marshal law to have all new cities be built underground in giant nuclear bunkers. Also have all current cities be moved into giant nuclear bunkers.

  Open up bunkers(but or them if needed), and fill them up with supplies and people. Have our air force on standby and have all ICBMs prepared for launch. Have our navy deployed and begin training 60k troops. Have I BMs sent to all UWA members who do not have any and tell them to prepare for the worst
