  Encourage population growth and begin family planning programs. Intensify farming. Settle more land near the colony. Build 70 ships. Train 30k soldiers. Reduce funding to the space program and physics research, and devote it to the government and military spending.

  Order the 20k of my elite units to prepare at the northern port (10k of them seem to have gone missing) and order 20k of my normal ground troops to get to the same position. Train up 50k of my normal troops and 10k of my elite troops and they are to go to the same place, they are all still to be spread out but be ready at one of the northern coasts ports. Start to build big bunkers for our civilians that are to be underground and stocked with food.

  Prepare our army and start to prepare for war economy. Order our ships to fuel themselves and set sail to the northern big ports. Once my naval project is complete order them to not be in squads bigger than 50, this goes for the entire navy. Repair the northern ports and let the people back there seen as the hurricane seems to have stopped.

  Begin mass production of my secret weapon, begin building missile silos and put civilian nuclear bunkers all over the nation, enough to fit every citizen, make a massive annex southward, take over all land until we hit zealandia territory, begin training 10000 troops, begin designing radiation suits, ensure that the super cannon is ready and loaded.
