    Send my fleet to intercept any naval force that N2H4 sends my way, and reinforce my land borders and coasts. Then launch an invasion of N2H4's southern territory.

    No. N2H4 has done nothing to merit nuclear anihilation. If anything, he played a huge factor in ending the Orc war

    The sea borders will have large fleets protecting them. My earlier order for the massive military will be scaled down a bit. I'll say, 100k troops and 50k ships.

    My borders will be constantly protected by groups that will always swap out after about 10 hours, but the replacements will come an hour early.
