    Begin protecting our satelites from the EMP radiation that the nukes might release into the atmosphere, and start installing internet optic fibers to connect our computers. Have radio and sonar technology to be improved to match modern tech. Start prepping our army for a defensive war at our coastlines. Have large series of trenches and bunkers prepare in case of invasion.

    Start developing paratroops that can use high speed planes and deploy over any area. Have our economy be shifted to the earlier made war economy as to maintain or even improve our economy during the wartime. Have all military generals be on alert. Begin developing better Anti-Air systems and anti-air nest formations to effectively get rid of any unauthorized plane.

    Recall all of our troops from the Undead battle to come back to store the battle info in case the Undead come back again. Have them start training. Meanwhile, build nuclear sirens in all of our districts and cities, so if our nuclear detection system detects a nuke, it automatically sounds the alarm. Make sure that our people are ready for a nuclear strike and will go into the bunkers.
