Start trying to communicate with all the other intelligent nations of this solar system using the previous built deep space relaying system. Start developing solar sails. Expand using the northern beaches so that we don't go into the wastelands. Build large seaports there and protect that land with large stacked seawalls. -

Begin tests using solar sail probes to potentially reach interstellar space. Develop more efficient reusable rockets. Build more nukes. Set up thorium reactors in classified locations. Find safe and effective ways to dispose of nuclear waste. -

Start sending probes to all the small moons to see what kind of resources there are. Continue to incorporate warp engines and orion engines together. Start researching strong lasers that work in space. Start having a docking space station built to become the mining hub of the mining spacecraft.
