    Begin a mass coastal bombing campaign using ships. Invade via the shores and recruit war prisoners, hostages, and civilians. Send my main force to sweep through cities and factories. Annex all territory that is occupied.

    Annex all conquerd land, and if infected, treat it for the plague. I assume my cure works, as the infected land has been reduced, so begin giving away the cure for free within the nation and begin decontaminating all infected regions. Begin rebuilding all destroyed infrastructure within captured Roman land

    Have my men push towards the Roman ports, supported by artillery fire and cas. Have my huge cannons(not sure what to call them) fire on the docked Roman ships and enemy ports on the other side of the river. Have my orbital cannons destroy what's left of Alien's space fleet, and if possible send out any of the small frigates we have to fight them, or at least distract them long enough for the orbital cannons to fire

    I continue work on a space station, and send people there for long periods of time to simulate a trip to another planet.

    Since our big ships haven't been updated in a while, start upgrading our big ships with more equipment, and have on board computers upgraded to supercomputers for more calculations, and integrate advanced radar, sonar, and AA systems that can basically take out entire bomber fleets just by itself. Have support ships of the big ship made that are specifically made to support the big ship with strategical plans and basically support it with firepower also.

    Start moving our troops north on the ships towards Soap's nation. Have them sail towards soap's capital. Start preparing our nation for war against Soap's nation. Meanwhile, have propaganda created to gain the people's support of any war. Say that this this our empire defending itself from any sort of action against us. Create more inspirational songs and marching band songs that regularly march on the streets to inspire people to be loyal to the empire.
