    Start to repair the Roman infrastructure both military and civilian we have captured. Start to train up 30k normal troops and 10k elites as reienforcements in our homelands. Start to set up our own anti air positions in Roman lands and our own fortified fallback lines.

    My capital supplies itself, fool. Fire a massive artillery barrage at Umm's artillery. I'm using one of the most powerful artillery weapons in history. And, you want buildable weapons? Use guns that ain't too big to be transported anywhere.

    Start to work on encircling the Roman capital and cutting it off from supplies. Start to push into the suburbs of the city and try to encircle any and all Roman troops.

    Give any Roman troops or civilians that accept surrender a total pardon for any crimes they may have commited against the EOM or UWA in general, they are to gain a residence anywhere they want to after the war and a basic income enough to let them live well for the rest of their life.
