hide in the volcan and occasionaly send a dragon so far up above them that they cannot see him if they do kamikaze and use the hottest fire

The Ruthless King has begun rending the alpines into frozen wastes in search of dragons. They do not know they are in the wrong place, and are destroying everything on their mission to find the dragons. The Ruthless King is working his troops too hard, and they may turn on him soon, though the yield of meat is quite motivating. They feast bountifully daily.

The Jotunn have advanced the ice frotresses into intricate cities of ice, purely by adding more and more structures with no real vision in mind. Specifically, the center of the city is forming a babylonic tower of permafrost, currently reaching 100 feet high and growing quickly. The Cunning King has become obsessed with reaching the skies, and has mad visions of growing wings.

For 10 years, the Jotunn have thought of nothing but killing and eating every last dragon. Their dreams are filled with draconian meat. The first thought when they wake is to slaughter all dragons. All they see when they look into the sky is a screaming dragon falling like a burning comet, speared on a permafrost pike. They imagine dragon flesh as they eat their meals each day. Imagining stomping on the dragons' younglings fuels their euphoria. It would take a miracle to repair their actions.
