    Instead of a boat the Elves send a rider to try and establish a gateway on another land to allow for resource extraction.

    Don't worry. Having a single city allows for a more organised civilisation. When the Elf gates are activated we will establish spires on other lands to harvest their resources.

    There are no contesters on my land. These boats are small enough to be carried with only a few people after being assembled on land. But if you insist I will simply send a now mature Dragon rider to establish a gateway.
