    I hoard Linux VMs. So far, I have VMs with: Linux Mint, barebones Linux 3.18, Manjaro Linux, Arch Linux, Tiny Core and Ubuntu. Even was planning to do Linux From Scratch with the help of Mint. / NUK3: hey, same here! TCL rules / Foot: o rly?

    Almost all distros will behave correctly in a VM out of the box, just maybe not with the most performance ever. Which is understandable; a VM is a very watered-down version of your rig (unless you use passthrough, for which you need some non-retarded kernel to boot (read: linux)).
