    Also, zeroz, i'd like to stop people from branching of and making new colonies and ill allow one to have independence but they may expand but pay me 50% of thier income.

    Well if they were more agile they would be better at fighting and be better in the performing arts, this in theory would increase the happiness of the buyers citizens? Idk really speak to Zeroz she will help.
