Just a normal lighthouse doing normal things. It's totally not trying to enter orbit and break planetary quarantine. This is a good Lighthouse that would never do that... That boat is totally up to no good, look out for him.

    but 1 small problem put void to the somewhere so the little boat doesn't get hit the lazer
