    Umm Alright, melt the sand into glass. Use coal fires if possible, I don't wanna waste wood. Use chiseled glass for pikes

    Alright, and reform troop training methods. Soldiers are to train with armor and equipment purposely increased in weight by 3 times using either stones or sandbags. That way when they use the actual equipment it is very light to them. Emphasize TEAMWORK, we are not training their individual skill, their strength must lie in their ability to function as ONE UNIT in battle.

    Your ships have re-grouped into a 10 ship stack, the 10 year service has been implimented what has increased army capability and skill, the land/money grant has been implimented what has increased the amount of people who want to enroll in the army and the weapon implimentation/upgrading is underway but due to a lack of flint the pikes are going to take around a year to get implimented and enough to be stored to be capable of re-suplying
