    Oh yeah, and have 30 foot walls be built around the mining city. Attach a 1000 troop garrison to the city. The gates are to remain open during all daylight hours and will close at sundown. During open hours, all traders/merchants are free to enter and leave at will. During closed hours, they are only allowed to LEAVE, nobody is allowed into the city during nighttime.
