  Once they are fully stocked with supplies. March the army south into the plains. The 2 divisions are to hug the opposite coasts on either side of the land bridge, and send foraging parties inland to the center to acquire food and water. When they reach the edge of the forests, build a fortress barracks there using the forest wood.

  Umm For now just tell them to move into the southern swamp peninsula. The port will provide the army with supplies until further notice.

  Just tell them they will carry their own weight. Explain that the army will ultimately move faster and more efficiently if they aren't slowed down by a long supply caravan.

  The new logistics style is being implimented, altho slightly confusing for most of your troops for now, it is going to increase their marching range

  Umm Alright, let's now adopt the Roman style of logistics. This is where the weight training should pay off. Have every soldier carry his OWN supplies, enough food and water for a week at the very most if he rations it. No baggage caravan, all equipment and supplies are carried by the army. Have the army subsist primarily on foraging. Whenever we stop marching, small groups of soldiers will fan out across the land to collect and hunt food/water.

  Troops have been recalled and supplies are being readied and stocked, however with the currently sort of supplies your troops can't go too far from a road network and/or a supply outpost

  Withdraw all spread out troops from the provinces. Mobilize both divisions up for a long campaign.
