  A ship is being built, keep in mind your navy consits of primaraly MTs ships, what are the main workhorse of your navy, but you are building less advanced single masted single sailed ships meant for fishing primaraly

  Notoyou, what do you mean by "finish expanding east"? There is a reasonable stache of both sulfur and coal in the wastelands below you, niter itself is a lot less plentiful but a little bit of it still can be found. The rocks are being brought to the city and help drain things out (i think is what you wanted)

  Nutty, in your current territories there are a few small deposits of Sulfur present, but nothing big (2k troops trained btw) and your southern neighbor happens to be sitting on a reasonable amount of coal
