    Why would we use something as weak as the average organic to do our bidding. We ourselves could fulfil that task far more effectively. We were used as weapons before being repurposed by our creators. After we committed what would most likely be considered war crimes on numerous worlds.

    It must have been decreased severely it you can only donate twenty seven people. May we use cloning to bolster the population you have given us. Unless your species lay large amounts of eggs we do not see any other way to maintain a safe genetic diversity.
