Agreed. EU users will be the most affected by this since companies may not change their policies and rather block EU users. How this article even passed? I don't even know but it justs strengthens and encourages monopolies. How? Because A-13 summerized is no one can upload any content which belongs to a person/company without paying the person. This is honestly a horrible article without a doubt and I hope it is taken down. My best wishes to all the EU people!
