The console command stops the polonium from melting. You can use the sign element to select it, then copy and enter it into the console. The turbine require heat and pressure to work. Click water coolant to fill up water and click neutron beam to start

magnetman33 Yea, PLUT has an annoying habit of sometimes turning into URAN so I could just make an URAN reactor instead (much simpler). Also it's insanely unstable. SNOW and ICE slows neutrons down. I did a little testing and it looks like slow neutrons have an increased capture chance when passing through POLO. But they will of course heat up and melt and then lose that property, so I hope a better moderator element is added.

/r TakMashido Thanks for reporting a problem. The iron pixels in question have now been replaced by insl

And for the same reason that's why I wrote 5 giant comments, lol. This modified polo is much more accurate than PLUT at replicating real life Pu. Within limits of TPT... neutron tempuratures, cross section, neutron moderators, etc, bit too much for tpt

/r magnetman33 Glad you enjoy it! I thought about adding autocontrol, but it seems difficult to make a good system that is not just a clock based system

Ok just the startup I described doesn't work without modifications, but the running of it is fine at 1200. You just have to go a bit more slowly. Sorry for the comment spam, I just like nuclear reactors, and this seems like about as close as you can get to operating one without operating one
