    The weapons that Argentina is developing violate the Geneva Conventionsl. Nuclear or radioactive weapons are banned by the 1949 Geneva Conventions.

    I did not give any of the purifiers to anyone except US (and i accept giving it to china too but make them sign a contract for them to not give it to anyone else.)
