It's the eve of the Winter Solstice, when I do my celebrating. Unpause, spark the classic Windwoes 95 Start button. None of the wait-a-bits are very long. Lots of chaos at the end, I promise. Thx2 LBPHacker & ssccsscc for awesome scripts. And everyone.

There is No Bad Linux ;) I dabbled for a loooong time, dual booting Ubuntu and so on. I was good and ready when, on Halloween 2013, Widenose played a dirty trick on me. Last straw! I grabbed me a treat. I'm using Mint now, because Debian made a change I didnt like. Mint is flexible and comfy, and I can recommend it to n00bs.

Matera_the_Mad: Me too! I had been using Ubuntu for the past three years, and a little after the 18.04 release I discovered the beauty (and awesome configurability) of rolling-release distributions, in my case Arch Linux.

@JackX - tell me about it! LOL I permanently abandoned the Microsoft prison ship five years ago and dove into the welcoming warm sea of Linux. Home at last! I do keep a Win10 laptop chained in the dungeon for practice, since I need to help others less fortunate ;)

We don't all use Windows 10. I wish I didn't. 2GB of memory use just for the operating system
