A flamethrower. Looks excessively elaborate because way back when, you NEEDED to use a nuke in a box to get enough pressure to pull this off.

    I remember when Powder Toy was a tiny box with 19 elements and 8 walls not including streamline and signs. Back then a nuke in box was barely enough to make the flame horizontal.
