    try pinching off their forces in Southern Vermont so the Northern ones would be unsupplied, then one large-scale assault should do the trick.

    @Andy_Stones You don't need Oregon's beaches. You already have the best beaches on the West Coast. @NACEOD Massachusetts didn't let NY in as it would dominate the union.
