This colony gained independence from the possunian empire. After the war of independence, they had a civil war against the monarchy and then the Republicans won. In the two wars one billion people died, but the population recovered.

i doubt they could handle a fully loaded kaltorian warsphere holding 128 exterminators, 512 executioners and a few thousand scythe class ships. Of course such a fleet is rare but still we could take the place easily

this colony is technologically weak due to the destruction of the two wars that eliminated almost all the old advanced weapons, however they have common firearms and can still defend themselves against a space attack
