There seems to be no real reason as to why ANY of those things are here, yet we like them. And the fact of the matter is, there is no big rule against art anyways. You may find the reason if you can think. -
R33sesK1ng 22nd Jun 2018In regards to attention to detail, a city with a visible amount of good detail is appealing, the same goes to an art piece (esp. one with an attempt at realism).

It serves no other purpose other than to wow the community in hopes to allow them to recognize your originality and attention to detail. It's not very good to see the same city design over and over again, as it is not appealing to see the same art piece or one with no originiality multiple times over.

R33sesK1ng 22nd Jun 2018@zdenk2001, I concur for the most part. I don't see very many good or definitively non-excuse "answers" as to why art is good for, and/or on TPT to begin with. Honestly, there is nothing that is so bad about art that it inherently does not deserve to be on FP to begin with. It is a trade that does require skill, and pure manipulation of deco in order to make detailed images deserves some sort recognition.
