    Do not assume it's focused on America, it's very likely that it was meant to focus on Canada.

    i didn't make some (parts of) continents, islands and etc, since the no-deco layer doesn't really matter as much here, and if i added it with deco, it would't make much of a difference, as those areas are already covered in clouds
