Off the top of my head, a virus created from a human's DNA, sampled when they were young and engineered to replace the DNA of the host cell but NOT hijack cells, is not beyond the realms of possibility. Engineer it in such a way that single viruses cannot survive long enough to spread from one host to another, and such that only undifferentiated stem cells can be used to create more viruses. Then inject them along with the virus itself.

...(B) tiny errors accumulate and eventually result in mutations that make the tissue non-viable. An organism with a more stable (read: perfectly stable) genome, or with a means - either inherent or external - to correct the cumulative genetic flaws, could certainly live forever. I'd confidently speculate that within two centuries, aging will effectively be optional for humans.

Biological immortality is a definite possibility. Google 'Henrietta Lacks'. Since cancer cells are simply mutated humn cells, it's clear that human (or other) tissue CAN survive indefinitely. The limiting factors are that (A) no known organism can naturally regenerate brain tissue (though this has recently been accomplished experimentally) and...

Lol im reading through these comments and theres a lot of physics people are blabbering about....all true, but guys. We are dealing with life, and on a cellular, material level. Time doesn't isnt the problem, nor is quantum mechanics. Matter can stay together in the same form forever.

@Nurgle33 and @987tails these are both sorta true but these theories have nothing to do with this save. We are discussing life on a cell level. Cells can be immortal, its possible.
-
@Nurgle although you are right, this has nothing to do with this save or jellyfish...

Jellyfish have no brain, and both eat and excrete from one end. But +1.

wow +1

That is indeed one jelly boi

anyways, back to the art... XD
