Show-off proof-of-concept. Coal with life set at 100 is hard to burn. So, you can burn BCOL in a fire chamber made of coal. I used some HEAC because the small fire wasn't boiling the water fast enough. Still slow to start, but efficient.

    @TheNik Perhaps, but I was aiming for old-fashioned and simple. @QuanTech Actually, I think it's more hilarious to set it above 100.

    Nice! You might also consider using a countercurrent heat exchange system instead of your cocurrent one, as explained here: ID:2165486
