Adapted off of Tatr629000's "City Sunset". Remember to check his version out! Added glow to the stars and the moon, made the reflection 100x better, and added reflections of city, should look more realistic now. (Do not un pause, just don't).

    Just a tip: Stars look a bit too pinpointy so use the add tool with the color white and lighten a bit around it, I'd say that would improve this piece.
