    Also, can you make the Last centered beam, that triggers the deut, not be OP, replace the INST with NSCN.

    Ions are electrically charged particles, such as for instance those created by, say, the passage of a lightning bolt. Plasma is also composed entirely of ions. So yes, a lightning-based weapon is an ion cannon, and no, they don't only harm electronics.
