    i've only ever seen one neural net that could actually be called a neural network. the cels were so big there were only about 8 of them. all the others are just random light shows. to be considered a neural net each individual neuron has to have memory and must be able to perform simple calculations, they must all be capable of self-organising to perform higher functions than an individual is capable of.
