    Ostafrika itizens raise outrage that the govt. is supporting another regime while there own economy falls apart, and thus the govt. is forced to cut all aid to Westafrikam this causes the westafrikan regime to become unstable and undersupplied, and calms Ostafrikas people somewhat even as there economy becomes more and more deteriorated.
