    Oh charming. ah well. in that case i'd like to demolish my saharan fortifications from the westafrikan war and use them to construct new fortifications and a power plant along my border with ostafrika (not trying to go to war, just securing that one like i have with most others) ID:2231336 i'd also like to offer trade with both the parisliberade, and the corvinican empire. i keep trying to trade with people but nobody has said yes :( strength in numbers

    sentinal-5: the radioactive material in the wastelands is highly impure and consistes of ~90% sand and dust contaminated with variuos radiaoctive materials and the other ~10% consistes of things like radon and other non-fissle/fertile materials(basically its incredibly useless)

    I'd like to propose a preemptory accord of non-conflict with ostafrika. By the way, how is that nuclear power research programme with the Neo-Byzantines i asked for like 15 turns ago coming along? (i'm trying to find a way to use the fallout waste for fuel, or at very least, a way to neutralise, or reduce the deadliness of, the wastelands.)
