    whoops. sorry. i thought it was an odd name given the location but the IRL french put out roots all over the world throughout history just like the spanish, italians, greeks, polynisians etc. I'm so happy it's peacetime again and i have a trade partner! now i can finally start to fix my horiffic crimerate and hopefully work towards getting everyone satisfied enough with their nation they don't feel the need to commit crime in the first place lol.
