    I've had a police force since before i captured gibraltar literally last year irl... 200 police officers for every 100,000 citizens. i created it at the same time as my army. have you been operating my country without police this whole time??

    powdergamer57: the aliens are not one cohesive group, they all claim to be from other places , a few mentioned are Mythriliue, Tamriel, and Earth(many of these are horrified at the state of the planet, suggesting they are from alternate dimensions) and many have strange purple glowing burns and frostbite, as if however they got here was not kind to them.
