  because of the civil war and the official end of the aristocracy, army morale has gone up aswell as pbulic happiness, seeing the Autocrat as liberator from the rich oppressor class, crime rates decrease, as most crimes were thefts from aristocrats and property damge to aristocrats, corruption goes down as new government takes positions aristocrats left/forced out and the economy gets better with the war demands for weapons and food, a factory opens.
