  Avi_: the Ostakrikan Aristocracy has completley fled the country and has moved to madagascar, they took a large sum of boats when they evacuated the countries docks when the Autocrat's Amry broke the Aristocratic line, and used them to form a military blockade, they are now asking for peace with the current borders
