ah okay, uh. god i'm not even sure what my population is. uh, let's go with ~200 police officers for every 100,000 citizens. and then i guess double that for the military? so 400 active duty for 100,000 civilians.

gah, this is pretty fun. not sure how self-managing my civilisation is. if i need to set up a police-force/army/medical/emergency services i'd like to. along with a powerplant somewhere up north burning the coal i've mined for however much electricity i can get from it.

sorry. just sail straight down south from england and go around the wastelands into spain. sticking to my calculations based on roman soldiers and giving civilians half their marching range, i should be able to get to the wasteland in the middle of spain, but no further, within this turn. to about x274 y127
