    Oh i'd also like to pass an action allowing members of my military stationed abroad the option to sacrifice 5% of their pay in exchange for having their families be allowed to live abroad with them off base, except in times of conflict, when all civilians from families will be shipped home. the 5% of pay will no longer be taken in the event the family is unable to live abroad. (i want to increase morale without doing too much damage to my economy)
