A colony on the cold planet named Kepler-682-b, created and funded by the Therian Space Agency (TSA). It's primary function is to see how future humans can succesfully live on a rather hostile planet and even terraform it in the near future.

    @dyaomaster Actually, the ascent vehicle is basically the BO New Shephard rocket, but with a shortened tank.
