There's been a lot of activity lately with the new subframe INST video display technology - so I decided to put in my twist by creating this subframe (super-fast!) INST decimal/hex display! Free for anyone to use with credit - hook it up to anything!

@Diablo7616 did you even read the comments?!? We know you speak French. Please don't comment on this save, this is a discussion about electronics.

If i say "sorry i'm french" it's for my speak language not for downvote

Thanks @LBPHacker :-)! @powderskye, building a stopwatch that tracks seconds would required knowing the exact framerate. I can get it really close by setting the framerate to 100 so that the 100ths place increments every second, but its accuracy is questionable.

wow google translate was surprisingly good at translating that for me...

Theoretically, this could be used as a stopwatch. Since I can barely build a sparkable proton cannon, I would advise you to make this yourself. :) +12489524

Lol, don't be sorry for being French. Be sorry for downvoting something you don't understand.
-
It *is* initially in binary

Dommage que les donnes sois deja des charactere et non des vrai donnees binaire, si sa aurait ete le cas on ne pourrais pas changer si simplement de mode de lecture (decimal (base 10) vers hexadecimal (base 16)), vraiment dommage. -1, sorry i'm french.
