  Arkandian goverment lost its power beacouse he can't manage country and do things in Vaana at the same time. So, Arkandia lost some gold (-30) and RII due to accident.

  @JanKaszanka: One of the settlements has thrown you away beacouse they don't like you. The other settlement is amazed and they want to join your kingdom beacouse they would like to get farming. Bandit's don't like it, so they've pillaged them. :/
